Surpriiiise !!! This is Jessica Rabbit the fatal and provocative woman, wife of Roger Rabbit (ex-wife haha 
) from the movie Who Framed Roger Rabbit !
I drew her long time ago, and I wanted to publish her on April first but a bit failed
indeed I took the time to finish her now.
Reference to "La Chameleon" from Machete Kills
Story : After Doom dipped Roger and shot Eddie, Jessica tempted one of the weasels to get her loose. She then kicked the weasel in the dip while the other laughed themselves to death. Doom tried to throw the dip at her but she grabbed the chain she was tied to once and swung over. Doom then confessed that he was a fellow Toon but Jessica could never forgive him for killing Roger and Eddie so after Toon-ish battle, Jessica kicked Doom in the dip and watched him squirm for mercy but she was beyond it. She found Roger's skin and donned it on her as a reminder to all what she has been through and carries Eddie's gun too to remind herself that Eddie was a good man.
